We recommend that any potential dealer attend the New Dealer Education class before attempting the New Dealer Education checklist to ensure everything is done correctly. Registration is processed online only, you will recieve an email confirmation upon completion of registration.
REGISTER WITH ANY CLASS WITH THE CALENDAR TO THE RIGHT
This class teaches prospective dealers the basics of selling a vehicle in the state of Washington: How to set up your business with what the expectations from the state with filing paperwork, taxes, signage, bonds, and much more.
A Certificate of Completion is issued at the end of the class which is valid for one year from the class date. If the certificate is nearing expiration, you may complete the Continuing Education to extend the certficate up to a year. If a certificate is past six months time of expiration, you may be required to take the course again.
Class fee is $300 per attendee, three business days prior the fee is $350 (no exceptions). Classes do fill up frequently, register early. Registrations end at 2pm on the day prior to each class date to allow for preparation or when a class has met maximum occupancy levels.
CHECK-IN BEGINS 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS TIME.
There will be no credit for missed training dates. If a student misses the class he/she was enrolled in, the student can sign up for another class. WSIADA will honor the tuition payment for one (1) year from the original purchase date. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply. A student can send another individual in his/her place. However, the class credit will be awarded to the person who actually attends the class.
Training Fee Refunds
A full refund for training can be issued if WSIADA is notified in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. Please allow at least 7 days for the refund to be processed. There will be no refunds within 7 days of the class date. Within 7 days, a student can be rescheduled, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
