I have been in the automotive industry since 1992. I earned an associate degree in Automotive Technology and a bachelor’s degree in business management. I worked as an ASE Certified Technician for several years and later became a shop owner for 12 years. I started my own used car dealer All Right Auto Sales late 2008 and joined the Washington State Independent Auto Dealer Association (WSIADA) in 2009.

As a business owner for many years, I found out that happy customers are the best way to advertise my business. Those who know me know that I am a firm believer in the Golden Rule which is the principle of treating others the way you want them to treat you.

Taken into considerations some of the basic rules of the universe such as (nothing is prefect), and (no one is perfect), I believe that we should always give others the benefit of the doubt and should always try to help each other as much as possible. It is my ambition in business and life in general to abide by the Golden Rule.

During the last 10 years of being a WSIADA member I’ve enjoyed many of the benefits such as the education constantly available to make running a car dealer less complicated, compliant, and legal. The enormous amount of supplies available at discounted prices for members, the ability to ask an expert a question or share your business concern with someone who can do something about it, and many other benefits.

The auto industry is one of the most important industries in the United States. Historically, “it has contributed 3-3.5 percent to the overall Gross Domestic Product (GDP).”

It is great to become a part of the team that listen to other dealers’ concerns and fight for them. I encourage every licensed dealer in the state of Washington to become a member of WSIADA. Let us all work together to make our voices heard in Olympia and elsewhere. Let’s try to persuade the governments to make decisions that support us. Let’s keep enhancing the image of the auto sale business by rejecting those who intentionally choose to do unethical, dishonest, and deceiving business. 

As they say unity is a famous ingredient for every successful recipe. Alone we can do so little but together we can do so much. I am looking forward to making a difference.
