There will be a table set up in the entrance of the event with WSIADA staff toward to back of the hotel's main floor.

Registration closes at 9:30am the day of the event.

Business casual is appropriate but it is up to the attendee to decide from their individual wardrobe, just don’t show up in a track suit.

All attendees have to be registered for the event. The registrations allow our staff to ensure we have sufficient seating, food and beverages and other amenities for attendees.

Yes, each attending individual must be registered to attend our events. Any staff member of the other dealership(s) should be registered for the education credit to be applied.

Yes, we have a block of hotel rooms for each location available until a certain date. The information for the hotel rooms will be found in the confirmation screen after you register.

We are running two meetings concurrently throughout the days event with multiple subjexts and guest speakers. You can see the agenda on the page to the left.

There is a shuttle between the Airport and the hotel. We do not know if there is one available to other hotels in the area.
