The Department of Licensing reported an error that was not allowing dealers to process titles for their dealerships while the status "On Hold" was in place. DOL is aware of this issue and is working with Vehicle and Vessel Department correct the issue.

Currently, when processing a dealer transaction at Licensing Service Offices, a message comes up with either ‘Dealer number is not valid’ or ‘Dealer number record not found’.
The Department of Licensing's Technical Support Team is currently working this issue and a solution for it.
