Release of Interest/Power of Attorney

Form Information:

This is a form issued by the Department of Licensing. Its gives a seller the ability to release their interest in the vehicle and grant a specific Power of Attorney for the vehicle. It is WSIADA's recommended best practice to have the seller execute this document for every trade in and every purchase from a private party. It is sold as a loose, individual sheet and does not come in pad form.
