REMOTE NOTARIZATION IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE STATE.
CAMERA AND MICROPHONE ARE REQUIRED FOR REMOTE NOTARIZATION APPOINTMENTS.
Example: Off-site location is 35 miles (35 x 0.625 = $21.875) + $10 Notary fee making a total of $31.875 ($31.88)
The Notary and signer must agree on the amount in advance. Travel fees are neither required or specified by law and is separate from notarial fees listed above.

Yes, if you are an active WSIADA WA dealer, Notarization is included in your membership. However, travel fees are not included in the membership.
IS A CAMERA REQUIRED FOR REMOTE NOTARIZATION?
Yes. If you don't have a camera, please ensure you can set one up by appointment. If you cannot, I cannot move forward with the notarization process.

No, you will need to contact a signing agent (ask your realtor or bank agent for information on signing agents)
