Frames and Insert Details:
- All inquiries, orders, and reorders are processed through email only. Phone orders are not accepted.
- All orders, regardless of membership status, are required to submit a 50% down payment on their subtotal amount before an order is sent to production.
- Dealerships are responsible for full payment on invoices within 30 days of invoicing and subject to monthly late fees and potential debt collection if unpaid.
- Orders have 30 days from arrival to ensure quality. Return shipping will be charged to the dealership.
- A Die fee will apply to the first order of all frames or when an update in the design requires it.
- Production may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for frames and insert cards upon order confirmation.
- Plate Frames and Insert Cards are manufactured from separate locations and may be delivered at different times.
- Chrome Frames may take 20 weeks from overseas distribution site. An estimated ship date is provided with Order Confirmation emails.
- WSIADA members receive 15% off on one of their frames or inserts orders per year
