Frames and Insert Details:
- All inquiries, orders, and reorders are processed through email only. Phone orders are not accepted.
- Orders have 30 days from arrival to ensure quality. Return shipping will be charged to dealership.
- A Die fee will apply to first order of all frames or when an update in the design requires it.
- Production may take 3 to 5 weeks for frames and insert cards upon order confirmation.
- Plate Frames and Insert Cards are manufactured from seperate locations and may be delivered at different times.
- Chrome Frames may take 12 weeks from overseas distribution site. An estimated ship date is provided with Order Confirmation emails.
- WSIADA members receive 15% off on each of their frames/inserts orders
- Non-Members are required to submit a 50% down payment on their subtotal before an order is sent to production.
