The WSIADA provides prospective individuals with the knowledge and training to become an independent auto dealership in Washington State.

This 8-hour live course breaks down all the necessary information to create a proper business and operate daily according to State and Federal requirements.

This course is a requirement to complete each application process for a dealership creation.

2025 Legislation News

Legislation session begins January 13, 2025

With a new Governor, State Attorney General, and other leadership changes taking shape this session. The Association with our Government Affairs team are getting prepared as the state deals with a huge budget shortfall to overcome.

Active members of the Association will receive regular updates on potential changes to regulations that can affect the auto-industry, if at all, and rally the membership to speak with Legislators when necessary to protect the industry.

Spring Chapter Meeting

March through May 2025

The Washington State Independent Auto Dealers Association will host the 2025 Spring Chapter Meetings beginning in March for each of our dealership regions in the state. 

Each regional Chapter Meeting is a local event for dealership staff members to meet others in their area, learn from updates concerning the independent auto industry, and receive educational value from their attendance. Meetings are open to all dealer members and non-members alike.

Education Credits are available for attendance.

Education Fair East 2025 - Get ready Spokane!

July 2025

The Washington State Independent Auto Dealers Association will host the 2025 Education Fair East at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Spokane Airport in Spokane, Washington. The event will be held the same week with MAG Auction's Rock & Roll concert sale.

More information will be provided and registration will be available beginning in May with Early Bird pricing.

Annual Convention 2025

August 28, 2025

The Washington State Independent Auto Dealers Association will host the 2025 Annual Convention at the Doubletree Hilton by Sea-tac Airport in Seattle, Washington. This all-day event will include multiple presentations by Washington State Agencies, auto industry professionals, and numerous vendors to visit during the Vendor's Fair.

It's the perfect option for a dealerships renewal education and speak with agencies directly on issues that affect your business. More information will be provided and registration will be available beginning in June with Early Bird pricing options.

Washington State Independent Auto Dealers Association

WSIADA was formed in 1953 by a group of auto dealers who wanted to ensure a strong industry. Since then, WSIADA has evolved into an influential coalition of more than 740 independent auto dealers that's directed by a board of elected peers.
